Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of PCOS as per Rotterdam criteria PCOS cases with elevated HOMA IR value Patients who have signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with cushings syndrome Adrenal adenoma and ovarian tumours Pregnant and lactating mothers. Clinical history of cancer, Cardiovascular disease and HIV. Type 2 diabetes patient under Metformin
