Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 18-60 years of age of either sex. 2. Patients having nasal obstruction of Deviated Nasal Septum (Nasanaha). 3. Patients having Turbinate Hypertrohy along Deviated Nasal Septum (Nasanaha).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nasal obstruction due to any other condition other than Deviated Nasal Septum. 2 Patient suffering from gross nasal deformity. 3 Complete nasal obstruction where Jala Neti or Nasya is not possible. 4 Patient in which Jala Neti or Marsh Nasya is contraindicated. 5 History of Nasal Bleeding. 6 People prone to or having ear infections.
