Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases Pre-diagnosed or with clinical presentations of male infertility, satisfying at least one of the following criteria in their semen analysis: 1.Oligozoospermia (less than 20 million sperm/ml). 2.Asthenozoospermia (less than 50% progressive or less than25% rapidly progressive). 3.Teratozoospermia ( less than 14% normal forms).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking other treatments for infertility. 2. Patients with aspermia. 3. Patients with Genetic defects like Klinefelterâ??s syndrome. 4. Chronic alcoholism and chronic smoking 5. Congenital testicular atrophy and malformations 6. Patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy
