Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young adult women attending college, aged between 18-21 years 2. Students who have attained menarche

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Young adult women who havenââ?¬•t attained menarche 2. Young adult women who have any underlying disorders that have caused amenorrhea 3. Pregnant women
