Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA I/II/III 2) Patient able to understand Visual Analouge Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient not willing for procedure 2) Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug 3) Patient with coagulopathy 4) Local infection at injection site, and local anatomical deformity 5) Patient with polytrauma and/or associated nerve injury 6) Patient with pre existing neuropathy, Disorders like seizures, Hypertension, Diabetes and other metabolic disorders, cardiac, hepatic disease, asthma, COPD 7) Patient with significant h/o drug or alcohol abuse, psychiatric illness 8) patient with history of taking alpha 2 adrenergic drug , any form of opiods 9) pregnant and lactating mothers
