Inclusion criteria: All infertile patients undergoing fresh IVF cycle planned for embryo transfer

1.Biochemical pregnancy - beta HCG 100mIU/ml but did not progress beyond 5-6 weeks 2.Miscarriage rate - a) HCG positive, but no sac or b) HCG positive, sac present initially but sac faded later or c) HCG positive, cardiac activity present earlier but then disappeared later on.
