Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infertile patients undergoing fresh IVF cycle planned for embryo transfer

clinical pregnancy rate i.e. the presence of gestational sac with fetal pole and a fetal cardiac activity present at 6to 7 weeks of gestationTimepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Biochemical pregnancy - beta HCG 100mIU/ml but did not progress beyond 5-6 weeks 2.Miscarriage rate - a) HCG positive, but no sac or b) HCG positive, sac present initially but sac faded later or c) HCG positive, cardiac activity present earlier but then disappeared later on. Any of these would be considered as miscarriage 3.Twin pregnancy rate - out of implantation positive patients how many were twinsTimepoint: 1 year
