Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients with Wagner grade 1,2and 3 diabetic foot ulcers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Wagner Grade 4 or grade 5 ulcer on presentation 2)History of previous surgical procedure or abnormality in the hip, knee, ankle which prevents proper foot exercises or where foot exercises are contraindicated due to orthopedic reason 3)Patients with Deep venous thrombosis 4)Patient with psychiatric illness/ who cannot follow commands

Wound healing- Quantitative assessment by wound size by percentage shrinkage and wound epithelization and wound shrinkage and Qualitative assessment by signs of wound healing. Quality of life- By SF36 questionnaireTimepoint: Wound healing- Quantitative assessment by wound size by percentage shrinkage and wound epithelization and wound shrinkage and Qualitative assessment by signs of wound healing done at beginning ,at the end of 4 weeks,8weeks, 12weeks Quality of life- By SF36 questionnaire done at 12 weeks
