Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status 1 & 2 2.Elective surgery of the right upper extremity at the level of elbow and below elbow

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Body mass index >30 2.Coagulopathies 3.Unwilling patients 4.Patients who are unable to understand and perform forced vital capacity manoeuvre. 5.Patient with history suggestive of any kind of respiratory disease. 6.Patients who are allergic to the LA test doses
