Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >50 years Both Genders Elective Major Surgeries > 1 hour ASA grade I and II IVC assessment for fluid responsiveness (At the end of expiration if IVC diameter > 2.5cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent cardiovascular events within 6 months Morphine treatment Diabetes and Hypertension Stroke, Neuropathy Peripheral arterial disease Kidney disease At the end of expiration if IVC diameter <2.5cm
