Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: mothers of children 6-23 completed months attending the OPD For interventional part, we will include consecutive children up-to 20 completed months of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with known or suspected chronic systemic illnesses impacting oral intake or growth (congenital heart disease, CKD, CLD, hemoglobinopathies, major congenital malformations, genetic abnormalities, short gut syndrome, cerebral palsy, etc) Acute illnesses needing admission
