Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-60 yrs 2. Irrespective of gender, religion & occupation. 3. Known patients of Madhumeha (Type II DM) taking medicines and not doing any exercise or Yoga at least since the last one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing to participate in the study 2. Pregnant and lactating mothers 3. Known case of any illness in which performing yoga/Brisk walking is contraindicated viz, cervical/lumber spondilytis, arthritis of Knee Joints, post surgical cases, pyrexia, IHD or any acute condition.
