Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all the genders between 25-45 years. having low back pain since last 2 months will be included along with Positive Elyâ??s test and increase anterior pelvic tilt ( male -14.15 degree min, female-16.26 degree min)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having history of fracture in lower limb, malignancy, rheumatoid arthritis, deep vein thrombosis and osteoporosis
