Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Belonging to ASA I and II Modified Mallampati grade 1 or 2 Thromental distance >6cm Interincisor distance >3.5cm Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesis and tracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Belonging to ASA III and IV Modified Mallampati grade 3 or 4 Thromental distance Interincisor distance Restricted neck movement With receding mandible With facial abnormalities Who are at risk of regurgitation and aspiration for example intestinal obstruction, hernia, intestinal perforation etc With chest wall deformity Who are pregnant With known advanced cardiovascular disease Patients with obstructive sleep apnea Who refuse to participate
