Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Can walk and perform activities of daily living independently Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Any medical condition precluding regular exercise participation • Cognitive impairment restricting to comply with study procedures • Presence of Vestibular disorders • Parkinson’s Disease
