Inclusion criteria: Data from GI and HPB Surgery centres across the country willing to participate in the study will be included.

Exclusion criteria: Not operated patients

-Duration of interruption of cancer care services during the active covid phase. -Proportional decrease in gastrointestinal and hepatopancreaticobiliary cancer registrations, operations and minimal access surgeries. -Outcome of gastrointestinal and hepatopancreaticobiliary cancer surgeries in covid positive patients. -Major morbidity and mortality rates in comparison to pre-covid era.
