Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persons who come to the LGBRIMH OPD for the first time are accompanied by their caregivers. 2. Both gender 3. Age range between 18 to 45 4. educated up to 8th std

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major or chronic physical illness/ neurological / developmental disorder and substance use disorder. Homeless person with mental illness.
