Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers of the age between 18-50 years will be selected without any bars of sex, caste, religion and occupation etc. Persons doing Ratrijagarana (late night awaking) since more than 3 months. Persons having no any medicinal intervention for last one month before enrollment in the survey study. Healthy volunteers health status will be assessed by HS –19 scale (Kavita Vyas et al.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons in the age group below 18 years and above 50 years. Persons with dry eye syndrome and facial palsy. Persons with any psychological or systemic disorders.
