Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.signs of severe pain 2.pathologic tooth mobility 3.abscess or sinus formation 4.pathologic root resorption 5.radiolucency in the furcation area 6.Restorable tooth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known sensitivity or allergy to drugs 2.systemic conditions 3.extensive root resorption 4.perforated pulpal floor 5.unrestorable tooth
