Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primi para , Full term normal vaginal delivery ,Age ââ?¬â?? 24 to 30 ,Women within 10th day postpartum

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Assisted labors ,With other complications during pregnancy and postpartum ,With history of pelvic floor dysfunctions before pregnancy (which will be assessed using validated questionnaire ) With history of neurological disease , pelvic or spinal injury, With history of previous abdominal or urogenital surgery, Under medication for any psychological or psychiatric disorders, Women who had practiced pelvic floor training during pregnancy and postpartum

OBJECTIVE CRITERIA : Pelvic floor strength value by using Perineometer . SUBJECTIVE CRITERIA : Pelvic floor strength using Vaginal digital palpation Pelvic floor dysfunction status with PFDI-20 QuestionnaireTimepoint: PFDI-20 questionnaire - within 10th day of postpartum and between 45-50th day of postpartum. Perineometric value and vaginal digital palpation- in between 45 to 50 th day of postpartum .
