Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cases undergoing canal wall down mastoidectomy, cases of recurrent cholesteatoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: intracranial complications, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, immunodeficient states, co morbidities
