Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI greater than or equal to 18.5 to less than 22.9 kg/m2 No family history of diabetes (first degree) Habitual vegan or lacto-vegetarian diet
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Self-reported diabetes History of allergy to dairy foods use of nutritional supplements Weight loss diets Pregnant/lactating women Liver, kidney, thyroid, or other endocrine diseases Any condition that hinders compliance to the intervention. Possible eating disorder
