Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Theme 1: Participants screened in the surveillance study phase 1 Theme 2: Participants aged between 30 to 60 years 1. Have an android smart phone 2. Having BMI = 23 kg/m2 and glucose = 5.6 mmol/L (or HbA1c = 5.7%) 3. Do not have T2D
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Theme1: Unable or unwilling to participate Theme 2:Individuals with known diabetes or any other contra-indications that would not permit them to follow lifestyle prescriptions
