Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females suffering from Urinary Incontinence Females having grade 1 pelvic organ prolapse Females suffering from Female Sexual Dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant female Females having grade 2 or more prolapse Recent radiotherapy Perineal area cancer Physicianâ??s restriction Acute infection or inflammation of the perineal area Less than 6 week post natal
