Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between age group of 18 to 50 years will be included Patients having minimum 4 out of 8 symptoms mentioned in diagnostic criteria Patients with chronicity of maximum one year will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age of patient less than 18 years and more than 50 years. Patients having major psychological disorders like schizophrenia,anxiety disorders. Patients having major illness like cardiac diseases, abdominal tumors,diabetes. Pregnant women. Agnimandya as a symptom of other diseases or due to any drug/treatment/therapy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This study will provide information about useful ayurvedic principles mentioned in Yogic literature as well as Yogic references mentioned in Ayurveda. Timepoint: 28 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
This further will provide the link between these two sciences which can be helpful to develop standard integrative practice for gaining total health. Timepoint: 28 days
