Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy medical professional volunteers who are willing to sign the consent form. Participants should not have used topical or systemic antimicrobial agents or any other medication is known to affect the microbial flora of the skin before 3 hours from the time of swab collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Devoid of cuts, dermatoses, skin manifestations. Having artificial nails, or wearing non-removable jewelers. Participants who suffered from any infectious disease a week before swab collection Participants with a previous or established history of hypersensitivity 7.2.4 Source
