Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients were treated with T-AYU-HM Premium for sickle cell anemia at Dhanvantari Clinic between 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2020. 2.Patients with a diagnosis of Sickle Cell Anemia (SCT/SCD) 3.Patients = 5 years of age 4. Patient’s = 3 months of follow-up data available from the first treatment at the center. 5. Patient’s visited OPD of clinic regularly on scheduled appointment date 6. Patients who were hospitalized for crisis condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were taking other medicines for anemia 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Patient’s laboratory parameters data are not available. 4. Patients follow-up is irregular
