Intervention1: Ketamine and Ondansetron: Group 1(k): Ketamine 0.25mg/kg at 5 minutes after spinal anaesthesia, Group 2(o): Ondanseteron 4mg at 5 minutes after spinal anaesthesia, Group 3(c): placebo

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II patients undergoing TURBT of less than 2 hrs under subarachnoid blockade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known hypersensitivity to study drugs. 2.Thyroid disease. 3.Severe cardiopulmonary disease,CNS pathology. 4.Contraindications to regional anaesthesia- bleeding disorder,local infection. 5.Sepsis
