Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I and II Type of surgery â?? Unilateral Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal for regional anaesthesia 2. Allergic to local anesthetics/opiods 3. Bleeding disorders 4. Infection at local site 5. Patient on anti-coagulants 6. Inability to give informed consent 7. Psychiatric disorders 8. Pregnancy 9. Dementia 10. Known abuse of alcohol/medication

Total amount of opioid(Fentanyl) consumption in first 24 hoursTimepoint: Total amount of opioid(Fentanyl) consumption in first 24 hours

1.Time of first rescue analgesic request 2.Total amount of prescribed analgesic in PACU 3.Any opioid related side effects 4.Symptoms of Local anaesthetic toxicity like tinnitus, disorientation, seizures or cardiovascular toxicity (hypotension, dysrhythmia) will be noted. 5.Any other complications Timepoint: 1.Time of first rescue analgesic request( time from PACU shifting to first requested rescue analgesic) 2.Total amount of prescribed analgesic in PACU in 24 hrs 3.Any opioid related side effects like respiratory depression, pruritis within the first 24 hours.
