Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients manifested with signs and symptoms of Vatarakta explained as 1)Parvasandhiruja (joint pain) 2)Shotha(swelling) 3)Kandu(itching) 4)Todvatvedana(piercing pain) 5)Daha(temperature) 6)Akunchan(stiffness) All above conditions with or without Hyperuricemia Patients having gout attacks within the last 2years and having fewer attacks than 3 will be considered for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)All other arthritic diseases other than Vatarakta 2)Pregnant women 3)Known cases of other systemic diseases which will interfere in treatment like Cancer,HIV etc

Conclusion will be strictly based on statistical analysis with pain scaleTimepoint: Intervention for consecutive 7 days
