Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to participate in the study. Periapical lesion with palatal perforation Surgical endodontic treated reoperated (SER) Maxillary anterior teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Periapical lesion without palatal perforation Medically compromised OR systemic disease patient
