Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 13-45 Sex both sex and transgender Hb level less than normal range For male 9-11gms/d1 (normal 13 gms/d1] For female 8-10gms /dl (normal 12 gms/d1] Patient willing to undergo blood investigation. Patients who are willing to participate in study and signing in informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any associated severe systemic illness (e.g. Cancer, AIDS) Known C/O Chronic Kidney Disease Known C/O Endocrine disorder (Thyroid abnormality, Diabetes mellitus) Known C/O Severe Cardiac Disease (or) IHD Known C/O Inherited defects (Sickle Cell Anaemia, Thalassemia, Aplastic Anaemia) Patients not willing to give blood sample. Pregnant and lactating mother.
