Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing cardiac MRI for ischaemic heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy and/or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy & willing to undergo echo STE after completion of MRI Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with any of the following conditions will be excluded 1. Sustained arrhythmias 2. Pacemaker rhythm 3. Bad echo windows 4. More than mild pericardial effusion & any associated pericardial disease 5. More than mild to moderate AR, PR 6. Severe TR 7. Congenital heart disease 8. Right heart disease 9. Unstable patients
