Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe patients who have clinically recovered from COVID 19. Patients of age group above 18 years of both sexes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the history of psychiatric disorders, critical illness. 2. Pregnant woman. 3. Patients below 18years.

Measure	Time frame
To asses the changes in post covid anxiety score on the basis of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale before and after intervention i.e b/w 0 and day 60. Timepoint: 8 WEEKS	—
