Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female non-competitive skaters 11-24 years Skaters who have experience of 1-2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with recent injuries, , fractures of both upper and lower limb Participants diagnosed with musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic disorder that might impair their ability to execute plyometric or balance training or to perform any tests.
