Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers of patients admitted in LGBRIMH,Tezpur 2. Age between 18 years and below 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregiver diagnosed with mental illness or major physical illness 2. Paid care giver
