Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Hypothyroidism on the basis of serum TSH,T3,T4 levels. Total serum T3 and T4 level are less than the normal value. BMI of the patient must be greater than or equal to 24-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are Anemic with Hemoglobin less than 12gm/dl (males) and less than 11gm/dl (females). Pregnant and breastfeeding women. Patients with other diagnosed diseases like hyper-tension, diabetes, cardiac disorders which may interfere our study Chronicity of disease for more than 2years.
