Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CASES: Patients aged above 18 years. Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI & NSTEMI) to estimate the complexity and severity of coronary artery disease INCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CONTROLS: Patients aged above 18 years. non diabetic population. Patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI & NSTEMI) to estimate the complexity and severity of coronary artery disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CASES Type I diabetic patients Non diabetic patients Patients with Renal failure Patients with bleeding disorders Patients with previous history of CABG Patients with previous history of PCI Heart transplant patients EXCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CONTROLS Diabetic patients Patients with Renal failure Patients with bleeding disorders Patients with previous history of CABG Patients with previous history of PCI Heart transplant patients
