Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents and young adults (AYA) in age group of 15-39y with cancer diagnosis referred to Psycho-Oncology service 2. Receiving treatment with curative or palliative intent 3. Able to give informed consent or assent 4. Able to attend follow up assessments, either in-person or by teleconsultation 5. Able to read and understand English, Hindi or Marathi
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cancer with moderate to severe intellectual disability and cognitive deficits
