Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young females with age group of 18-25 years. Willingness to participate. Average experience of Menstrual Low Back Pain scores in the last 6 months should be more than 4 points on the Visual Analogue Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any abdominal or pelvic surgeries, past 6 months Secondary dysmenorrhea Low back pain other than in menstruation Any low back pathology (Spondylosis, tumour, etc)
