Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the efficacy of pre operative left ventricle outflow tract velocity time integral versus inferior vena cava collapsibility in predicting hypotensive at induction associated with general AnaesthesiaTimepoint: Systolic BP diastolic BP mean arterial pressure and heart rate will be measured every minute preinduction and after trachea intubation every two minutes for another 15 minutes 0 min 1 min 2 min 3 min 4 min 5 min 7 min 9 min 11 min 13 min 15 min 17 min 20 min

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the co relation of the post induction hypotension with other co morbidities like hypertension diabetes thyroid etc if present in the patientTimepoint: 0 min 1 min 2min 3 min 4 min 5min 7 min 9 min 11 min 13 min 15 min 17 min 19 min 20min
