Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Includes 1. Married 2. Sperm count below 15 million sperms per ml 3. Progressive motility less than or equal to 32 % 4. Patient not undergone any other treatment. 5. Patient willing to undergo CASA (Computer Assisted Semen Analysis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Azoospermia 2. Diabetes mellitus 3. Known history of STD 4. Varicocele 5. Renal failure 6. Cardio vascular disease
