1.To estimate the percentage of unindicated preoperative tests (according to NICE guidelines) conducted for preoperative PAC fitness. 2.To estimate the percentage of inter-departmental referrals with positive findings. 3.To do a cost analysis of unindicated tests and its financial implication on patients/Institution. To estimate the percentage of patients with abnormal findings on investigations leading to delay in acquiring PAC fitness. 2.
