Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfilling the clinical diagnostic criteria of autoimmune encephalitis (Cellucci et al 2020) 2. No preexisting neurological disorder like epilepsy, cerebral palsy, neurometabolic disorder, movement disorder or degenerative brain disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No parental consent 2. Alternative disease diagnosed on follow up

Validity (sensitivity, specificity)of PASS will be assessed by comparison with mRS and PedsQL score as per COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health status Measurement INstruments(COSMIN) checklistTimepoint: 8 timepoints (Day7, day14, day 28 and then monthly till 6 months of presentation)
