Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed cases of subacute and chronic stroke 2) Having no severe cognitive impairment (�24/30 on MMSE) 3)Muscle tone between 1-3 as measured on MAS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Lesion involving entire hand knob area of motor cortex (M1) 2) Contraindications to Anodal tDCS or TENS (Pacemaker implant or metal implant within brain) 3) Other neurological diseases such as: SCI, TBI, shoulder hand syndrome or shoulder subluxation 4) Botulinum toxin injection in past 6 months 5) Having perceptual disorders 6) Upper limb fracture
