Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 18-45 years with mechanical low back pain. Participants with mild pain intensity on NPRS ( Participants with minimum (0%â??20%) and moderate (21%â??40%) disability on ODI. Participants having pain more than duration of 6 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal abnormalities (scoliosis, kyphosis) or disc pathologies (inter vertebral disc prolapse Any other systemic illness. Participants having any past history of abdominal surgery or fracture of spine, ribs, lower limbs in the last 1 year. Participants taking medications or are on physiotherapy treatment for low back pain.
