Interventions

Intervention1: Abdominal Binder: A binder will be asked to wrap around midsection (abdomen) until it fits snug over the clothes, 6 hours a day except during sleeping, eating and post 2 hours of eating

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of constipation in early puerperium period. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any laxatives induced patients. Having chronic constipation history. Post caesarean Abdominal Suture infection.
