Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult tribal caregivers of PMI attending OPD of Sanker hospital and Mimhans Shillong psychiatric OPD for the first time 2. Aged >18 years who can comprehend questions 3. Male and Female caregivers 4. Willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-tribal caregivers 2. Those who cannot understand Khasi and English 3. Care givers reporting mental health disorders
