Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who require bilateral orthodontic extractions of upper premolars Patients with ASA status I and having normal bleeding & clotting time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to participate in the study. Patients who have known history of allergy to the drugs or anesthetics used in the surgical protocol. Patients on analgesics in the preceding 2 weeks. Patients with infection or inflammation with upper premolar tooth
