Inclusion criteria: In the age group 18 -75 yrs Aware of cancer diagnosis Those who are married Able to speak, read and write in Malayalam. Volunteering to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having speech or hearing problems. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness
