Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patient with acute ischemic stroke less than 24 hours 2) NIHSS score more or equal to 4 3)GCS motor status more or equal to 4 4) ASPECTS SCORE MORE THAN 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hemorrhagic stroke,Cerebral venous thrombolysis, Aneurysm. 2) Patients with bleeding diathesis, Coagulopathy. 3) Patients with hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, Tuberculosis, Malignancy.
